Shipping

For ready to ship and bespoke jewelry (which already done after spend time to produce around 1 month), they take about 3 weeks to ship to overseas, or sometimes sooner. If you have a deadline and need something sooner, please contact me as soon as you can and I will try my best to make it work for you.

In Thailand orders will be prepared before shipping process 1-2 days and arrive the destination within 3 days). International orders are vary from country to country. Please contact me to check shipping cost before confirm order. I have an evidence of tracking order for you in every order don't worry about this.


Returns policy

All items of Fascigems, you have the right to refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised within 7 days for any reason and without a justification. Except bespoke jewelry or clearly personalized pieces, since I make all jewelry on order, I do not normally accept to cancel or returns. Even so, if you are not satisfied with your order, please, write me and we will find a solution .

If you have any questions about the item, we recommend to contact Fascigems before purchasing. A conversation beforehand can sufficiently reduce the potential time, energy and expenses needed for the refund and exchange process. Refund requests should be made within 7 days after receiving the order. Fascigems can be decline a refund request if it is not made within the 7 day period after the order arrived at the customers. Actually, each cases are flexible we can talk for the best solution.

Refund process

  • Once we receives a request, we will contact the customer within 3 working days by e-mail.
  • Once we approves the refund, please return the refund item(s) within 3 working days and send e-mail to us to notify and please also attach the name of the courier and the tracking number.
  • Once we receives the refund item(s), we will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.


การขนส่ง

สำหรับสินค้าพร้อมส่งและสินค้าสั่งทำ (ที่ผลิตเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วโดยใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 เดือน) จะใช้เวลาส่งโดยรวม 3 สัปดาห์หรืออาจะไวกว่าสำหรับไปต่างประเทศโดยคาดว่าน่าจะไวสุดค่ะ หากทางลูกค้ามีกำหนดการหรือต้องการได้ไวกว่า สามารถแจ้งมาได้ค่ะ ทางร้านจะแจ้งความเป็นไปได้และพยายามดำเนินการตามที่ตกลงกันไว้

สำหรับประเทศไทยจะดำเนินการเตรียมส่งภายใน 1-2 วันและสินค้าออกเดินทางถึงมือผู้รับภายในไม่เกิน 3 วันค่ะ สำหรับต่างประเทศจะขึ้นอยู่กับระยะปลายทาง สามารถสอบถามเพิ่มเติมเข้ามาได้เลยนะคะ เพราะจะตรวจสอบค่าส่งให้พร้อมกันค่ะ ทุกการสั่งซื้อจะมี Tracking order แจ้งให้ค่ะ


การคืนเงินและเปลี่ยน

สินค้าทุกชิ้นของ Fascigems สามารถขอคืนได้หากสินค้าที่ได้รับไปไม่ตรงกับที่แจ้งไว้ในรายละเอียดสินค้าจริงโดยไม่มีข้อแม้ใดๆภายใน 7 วัน ยกเว้นในส่วนของสินค้าสั่งทำ ถ้าหากทางร้านได้เริ่มผลิตแล้วจะไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนได้ แต่ถ้าหากว่าได้รับสินค้าไปแล้วไม่เป็นที่พึงพอใจก็สามารถแจ้งกลับมาและพูดคุยแนวทางแก้ไขได้ค่ะ 

สินค้าหากมีคำถามหรือข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับสินค้า กรุณาสอบถาม Fascigems โดยตรงก่อนที่จะสั่งซื้อ การสื่อสารอย่างชัดเจนก่อนสั่งซื้อสามารถช่วยหลีกเลี่ยงปัญหาการคืนเงินและเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่ตามมาทีหลังใบยื่นเรื่องการคืนเงินมีผลการใช้งาน 7 วัน (เริ่มนับตั้งแต่วันต่อมาหลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้า)หากการยื่นเรื่องของคุณไม่ตรงกับเงื่อนไขการส่งคืนสินค้าทาง Fascigems ขออนญาตปฏิเสธการส่งคืนสินค้าได้ แต่ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นขอแนะนำให้ลองคุยกันดูก่อนนะคะ แต่ละเคสมีความแตกต่างกันไป ทั้งนี้สามารถคุยกันได้เพื่อหาทางออกที่ดีที่สุดค่ะ

ขั้นตอนการคืนเงิน

  • หลังจากที่ได้รับใบยื่นเรื่องการคืนเงินแล้ว Fascigems จะติดต่อลูกค้ากลับภายใน 3 วันทำการผ่านทาง e-mail ที่ลูกค้าใช้ติดต่อมา
  • หลังจากที่ Fascigems ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้า กรุณาส่งสินค้าคืนภายใน 3 วันทำการ และแจ้งให้ทางเราทราบผ่าน e-amil พร้อมแนบข้อมูลชื่อบริษัทขนส่งและหมายเลขพัสดุ
  • หลังจากที่ได้รับสินค้าส่งคืนแล้ว จะตรวจสอบสินค้าและจัดการขั้นตอนการคืนเงินภายใน 3 วันทำการค่ะ
